“I have been a frequent finder and loser of 25-40 pounds most of my adult life. My latest 50 lb. weight loss began March of 2019 when Michelle started with meeting me bi monthly to talk about goals and to weigh and measure me. It was incredibly transformative for me. I started my journey at all of 5 feet 1 inches and weighing 180 lbs. As of this July I hit 130 lbs. I have kept the weight off for the first time in my life! Michelle introduced me to intermittent fasting, coached me on how to combine cardio with specific and targeted daily core exercises and checked in on me frequently with meetings and texts and most recently Zoom and Facetime.
